“The Bellah team was very responsive to our needs and concerns. We made a significant number of changes/additions to the core design of the new house and the owner Troy Bellah was very accommodating. He also followed a strict documented plan for the build including specific quality control steps. After closing on the house, any problems found were quickly and competently dealt with. Overall a good experience despite the fact that we were living in another state and had to work from afar. Note: Our emails and phone calls were answered in a timely manner!

“We selected Bellah Homes to build our house on a lot we purchased 6 months prior to the build. Bellah homes won our business for several reasons. First, they DO NOT build cookie cutter homes. Each home is unique! They have half a dozen floor plans that they use and different styles within those plans. It gives you so many options that you are basically building a custom home without the additional costs. Second, they are honest about costs upfront. No big surprises. Third, they will work with you on changes to the design/layout. We wanted a 9 ft. basement for an eventual finished area, No problem. We wanted the third car bay in the garage extended an additional 4 feet to accommodate a large boat, no problem. Even threw in another door so I could work on the boat and step out in the back yard to check the BBQ grill. Forth, since my wife and I work overnights a lot we had the floors sound proofed to minimized noise from our active 13 year old. Fifth, the Bellah family is just a pleasure to work with, just nice people in general. It worked out great and I would definitely would recommend Bellah Homes to anybody.”
